What's the best software to use in enhancing photo's? |

I am still new in digital photography and I am not sure which software works better in enhancing photographs. Any suggestions? I heard about adobe photoshop, picasa, lightroom, etc.

If you would like ones that you could download free, Photoscape and Picasa are good ones too and they're free. Tutorial videos and stuff like that are everywhere in the net so you don't have to worry about anything, just install and you should be good to go.

Picasa is free and you can download it from Google. It won't do as much as Photoshop Elements, but you may want to check it out.
Lightroom is a product for professional photographers, used to manage thousands of digital images.

edgar1868 (141) | 9 months ago | great...thanks a lot for the big help guys! Now I checked the adobe but there's a wide selection from CS, CS2,CS3 and CS4...and yes it comes with a significant price. I also want to check the photoshop elements and Picasa/photoscape? Thanks again, I learned a lot.

4. trickiwoo (1931) | 9 months ago | I personally use Photoshop. As long as I've been taking digital photographs, I've been editing them in Photoshop. I can definitely say that you can accomplish whatever you're trying to do in Photoshop! However, that doesn't mean you can't accomplish what you're trying to achieve using a different program. In my blog I have a link to a side-by-side comparison chart for different photo editing programs. You might find it useful. You can check it out at http://info4photographers...
