ciao.com has banned some countries using the site. do you agree with this?

Ciao.com has banned some countries from their site as from today because of spamming etc although they will be paid for what they have done. Do you agree? I do in a way but feel everyone from these countries is a bit unfair. There is a big difference between the american ciao and the English ciao. The English ciao has very strict rules and although America had the same they were abused and not stopped the moment they happened. Over here you would not dare say I have voted for you now you vote for me as we would be thrown out straight away yet every message I had someone said this which makes a mockery of the rules so yes I am pleased they have stopped it.
