I don't view it as a weakness. I have seen my dad cry over my mother when they were younger. He loves her so much that any thought of her not loving him made him sad. I know he cried at times when his mother passed away. I have seen my husband cry over things that really touch him. I don't see him cry often but he has in the past.

I think a man who cries all the time, as well as a woman, means something else though. Too much of anything isn't good.

No, I don't mind it if a man cries. You're right, it helps ease tension, stress, and is good for us emotionally to not keep everything bottled up. I think for a man (or woman) to occasionally cry is a GOOD thing - it shows that we're in touch with our emotions and aren't cold-hearted.
