I share your annoyance. If we're talking about framebreakers that disrupt the surfing experience, I think sometimes the people who add the sites don't know they are submitting framebreakers, but I'm sure some people do know and deliberately try to evade detection by the traffic exchanges. Actually a good way to avoid these framebreaking sites is to use the NoScript add-on with the Firefox web browser because it only lets "allowed sites" to execute scripts. The way you described this popup though makes it sound like perhaps the traffic exchange you use has been hacked! I really, really hate when that happens to a good site. While it is the webmaster's job to make sure his or her site is secure, hackers make doing business on the Web more difficult for everyone by exploiting vulnerabilities. We surfers don't have it easy!
