I went to the doctor because my hands and knees hurt a lot, specially in the mornings. After some tests, she found out I had arthrosis and gave me glucosamine with condroitine. Have you taken it? Did it do you ant good? I have heard that it doesn´t help much and the meds are very expensive. What´s your experience? Should I take it?

I have a couple of friends who got significant relief from taking borage oil capsuls. Look it up online and see if you think it would work for you. It takes about a month to see results though. However, one friend who really needed a knee replacement was able to put it off for several years.

I've come to the understanding of what my grandmother meant when she used to say that inside she felt the same way she did when she was 17, and that she was betrayed by the joints and the face she saw in the mirror. Thanks so much for the BR!
