I went to the doctor because my hands and knees hurt a lot, specially in the mornings. After some tests, she found out I had arthrosis and gave me glucosamine with condroitine. Have you taken it? Did it do you ant good? I have heard that it doesn´t help much and the meds are very expensive. What´s your experience? Should I take it?

I have a couple of friends who got significant relief from taking borage oil capsuls. Look it up online and see if you think it would work for you. It takes about a month to see results though. However, one friend who really needed a knee replacement was able to put it off for several years.

yes it helps a lot . My mother inlaw had it from amway and it was really very effective. I am sure you should spend some meoney to get back to your feet. Amway Nutrilte Glucosamine with Hcl is great.
