What Causes You Gain Quick Healthy Weight?  |

hi, im concern about my weight since im alil skinny and small in size. Im healthy though, but wanna gain more weight. Any idea of doing that quick in a healthy and effective way?

You should be happy the way you are and hopefully you will get that maintained all throughout your life. Since there is a tendency to get fatter as you grow older.

2. muscles4me (8502) | 8 months ago | EAT every two hours. Eat things like peanut butter and raisins. Drink at least a quart(32oz) which would be 4 glasses if you don't understand quart or ounces. Get at least 6 hours of sleep each night. Have a snack before bedtime.

| amirhk (25) | 8 months ago | ok, i'll give it a try.i've heard about eating regularly and im doing it now and then but sometimes just couldnt stick with the schedule.
im just a little concern if too much of peanuts could cause gout? anyway i love raisins..snack before bedtime is a good idea, i've never thought of that people used to say don't eat before sleep.

muscles4me (8502) | 8 months ago | Being a personal trainer I write workouts and diets for people I have had as clients. I am not a hardgainer and if for some reason I want to go up in weight I just add some extra protein in then form of whey protein. Those would be excellant for you also if you are in a weighttraining program.

muscles4me (8502) | 8 months ago | You are more likely to have kidney problems from not drinking enough water or drinking too much soda and ice tea than you are from a couple of protein drinks. I have been taking protein drinks for over 30 years and I have never had a kidney problem in my life. Just be sure your drink plenty of water and do not ntake all your daily protein in one meal.

now im eating more peanut, will buy more raisins.

muscles4me (8502) | 7 months ago | NO Not beans by any means. They have far mor carbohydrates and a very small amount of protein. Myself I have 120 to 140 grams of protein a day. I would need about 75 cans of beans to get that!
