Do You Prefer E-Books or Hard-Copy Books?

I prefer reading a hard copy only rather then clicking every page, I can't stare at the book for too long time and not only that, if it is a hard copy i can carry it where ever I want, fold until a page I read and read again from the folded one the next time and so on. And for an e-book either we have to open the site again or save it, etc. Moreover, we can't get our choice of books so easily right? we have to search and search, where as we can get books of our choice in the market ready to buy is what is my opinion about a hard copy.

I prefer to have e-books because sometimes I read on the computer. I print the ebook whenever I need to have a hard copy.

I have to go old school on this one! I still prefer a virtual book to the e book!

It is easier to find your place and look back through for something you may have missed!

Just gotta have it in my hand. Plus it's easier to just pull it out and read if you are traveling.

I personally prefer E-books over regular books. Given the fact that I have an Iphone, I can carry all of my books with me and read them whenever I want to. I have spent many hours reading books on my phone and to date I have read, the Time Machine by HG Wells, War of the World by HG Wells and a couple Stephen King books. E-book are an awesome way to combine technology with the old past-time of reading.

i'd prefer reading the hard copy books. i can go back to any page that i want.unlike the ebooks you cannot easily avail for it when there is no electricity especially here in our place when our electric cooperative doesn't warn consumers if they are going to cut electricity. they are going to do it without warning.

It depends. If I want to consult some materials or information, e-books are my first choice because they are very convenient and time-consuming. But if I have more time, I like to read hard-copy books. I have been used to reading hard-copy bookes, I like the sweet smell of printing oil, the true feeling of touching the paper. Up to now, I keep the habit of reading books before any sleep. Although you can get any information, I still go to the bookstore every week to select some books I like. The traditional books can not replaced by e-books. In addition, for the consideration of health, most people still prefer to read the traditional books.

i dont read much due to my ADD but i can concentrate easier if its in an actual book and not on the pc..

i prefer a hard-copy book because become my habit. if use e-book a lot of constraints suck a play game, so not concentrate.

I do have hard-copy paper books with me, but since i'm running out of space and paper bookk are more vulnerable to water, I prefer ebooks more, because they're the same as regular books, except that I can download and save them to my hard drive, they save me a lot of space in my room and take less space on my hard drive, they don't cause me much eyestrain even though I do have to take a break once in a while from reading on a computer screen, and saves paper in the long run. Those are the reasons why I always find the exact same books that are cluttering up my room in ebook format. This includes booklets, magazines, pamphlets, etc.

I also prefer hard copy books than e books. If I own the book, I love to highlight the words or phrases I want to remember on a certain book. I am more comfortable reading on hard copy books than on the computer. However, if I cannot afford to purchase said book or it is not available in our locality, I am forced to read it through e book.
