I've never been to a fortune teller because I don't believe they can tell the future. I believe they are very clever and perceptive, they are great at reading people and making assumptions, but they have no idea what the future will be. I also believe that people can make a fortune teller's predictions come true.

I've no need to go to a "fortune teller"...If I want my cards read or a dream analyzed I just do it myself....I have also done this for others and its always been correct BUT I never charge for it (I have issues with that)

I have never done it simply because I did not have a chance, or is not a fun of fortune-telling. I only read horoscopes just for fun, but I never really take them seriously. I know of some friends who really go to fortune tellers and from I have gathered, it had caused them untold miseries by simply believing in them. Say, it tells you that one's husband is fooling around. The wife rushes to the husband and raises hell. It has broken their family and their hearts as well. So better not believe or patronize it to avoid a similar problem.
