Do you have some writing tips, such as using punctuation, grammar, spelling, or other technicalities? Do you have the names of the websites that are the best? What advice do you have for someone starting out? I am so ready to give up after the past couple days. What do you say to someone who is going through a dry writing period?

If you're having trouble with grammar and spelling, have a look for sites that do tutorials or articles. Search for things like "How to write better", "Stupid spelling mistakes" and that kind of thing.
There's a huge number of helpful sites out there that cover this kind of stuff, as well as other general information. My blog, for one (though I'm no expert). The best way to find guidance and helpful folks is simply to start somewhere - a web page, a blog - and follow links through to their friends or sites they reference and so on. There's a million places, a lot of them good. Unfortunately "the best" is a very personal choice: what you consider the best, someone else may hate.
I've seen a lot of complaints about the CC acceptance criteria, but have never run into the problem myself. They pass mine unless I do something stupid (as I have done in the past!). Do you have an example somewhere I could look at?

If you can accept my friend request, I'll grab that AC article, run an edit on it and upload the doc somewhere for you to have a look at my comments. Prefer not to put a URL in a public place for such things!!

They specifically called me out on commas, although their spelling was ocmmas. I, of course, kept their email because I thought it was hilarious. Any site that can't spell has no room to correct me on punctuation. lol (by the way, I now put commas everywhere)
As far as going to blogs or websites for tutorials, I don't believe that's a viable option. Just because something is "accepted" does not mean it is grammatically correct. I think that is what has happened with constant content. They have people who THINK and aren't CORRECT.
You can see any of my work on AC. The articles that I submitted that weren't accepted were "The Reasons a Baby Cries", "Wrong Reasons to Have a Baby", and (this one is on Helium) "Learn to Love Your Body at Any Size".
I have a lot of work on AC if you would like to critique any of it. I am only a mediocre writer although my topics vary. You can almost find anything in my writing. LOL (I'm sure you don't want to read about parenting and female concerns).
I would greatly appreciate you reading some of my stuff and telling me how to improve it. In fact, I will even email you the exact copy of the articles I sent them.
This is something I want to do because it is a dream. So, even with that being said, I don't want to do it wrong just to have a website like constant content publish it. LOL I want to do it correctly. I have old Reader's Digest books and those writers are my heroes. LOL
As for my articles on AC you can find them either by Momma J or Jane Vee. As a category editor they just made me change my byline. Momma J wasn't professional enough.

Im not really sure what you are asking for here. What are you frustrated with? Your grammar, spelling, and punnctuation all seem to be good. Are you having problems coming up with things to write about? Are you trying to make new discussions? Are you trying to blog?
If you give me a little bit more detail, I might be able to help! Right now, though, I am just confused about what you are asking.

I've been trying to write articles and every article I have submitted was rejected for one reason or the other. I tried joining constant content and needless to say it didn't work out because of punctuation. The funny thing was in their rejection letter they misspelled commas. LOL. I am frustrated that the articles I did write that were ok received low payments. I'm just frustrated and it all came out at once. Sorry.

No need at all to be sorry!
I havent written any articles for anything. I did apply at Today.com. But it seems like I was rejected because I never heard from them. I often wonder if they are looking for a certain style of writing and simply give a generic excuse when it is rejected. It is much easier for them to give you a template excuse than to have to reply to each article. I know for me, personally, I have been told that I write too much of a German style. All of my grammar and ideas are correct and make sense, but my style is much more German than the traditional American style. That scares people away.
I would say to read through some of the articles that are posted (if you can) to see what the style is like. Format can also be a problem. For example, each scientific magazine has their own format to submit articles. It makes it frustrating when you are trying to get published, but abiding by their guidelines is the only way to do it.
Good luck! I hope you can get some better feedback for your articles at some point!

This is a tip which I have personally felt the change in readers. When you are writing some tutorials or some explanations, always give as much details as possible and explain in simple English if the article is a general one. There are a lot of different people from different countries, many of whom do not have English as their first language. So there are high chances the person may misunderstand you.
