As my job requires me of sitting all the time, I feel I am fatter and fatter these days. Especially my hip and bingy is much more fatter than before. I don't know how to solve the problem. Who can give me some tips?

Hi..i don't have much concern on this, as i'm a slim person. I need to gain weight instead of reducing, haha. However, it's good to have some ways to avoid sitting at office and gain weight over times. Some litte tips are such as take some simple walk whenever you can and have a short break between hours to do some streching. This may avoid us from sitting for hours on the chair and it's not ergonomic. Lastly, be in good mood all the time, laugh more and it may help to certain extent. This is from the saying "laughter the best medicine", isn't it true?haha.. best wishes for you :)

Haha, i doubt that's considered as lucky.Just don't understand where all the food go after i ate them, i didnt gain any weight for eating so much. However, it's a blessing that we have food to eat,so just eat while we can. Enjoy eating, haha :)

Ruperto's advices are wonderful. some of them we used to follow in our office too.. Other than this if u can some time in the morning just do little bit of skipping or jogging or play badminton.Walking is a very nice exercise with no substitutes .

interesting topic. It seems when we are always sitting i the office e.g. infront of a computer, we need to do a lot of thinking too... So it seems there is no choice but to eat and drink more to compensate for the nutrients used up when we do heavy thinking... Some of the things I learned: - we try to drink fluids even if we feel hunger and see if drinking eases the hunger - we avoid cold drinks - we avoid high-fat and high sugar foods (e.g. we choose oatmeal, white meat, wheat breads, dark chocolate etc. while we avoid frieds , red meats and sweets) - we find more opportunity to exercise and laugh more so we are able to avoid getting hungry too soon. - we find a substitute de-stressers e.g. instead of eating, we take a walk. Or instead of eating we do enjoyable physical chores... Just a thought :) Cheers
