Oh no, strep in the house!!!/Do you kids run a fever with it?

I honestly thought it was too late in the year to get it, but I guess not. My 7 year old had a classmate who got it last week. My DD started complaining Saturday and I wanted to take her to Patient First but she said she was fine. Then she didn't complain until I was putting her to bed last night, she said she didn't want to ruin Mother's Day for me. So we went to the doctor and at first she didn't she had it until she did the throat culture. It came back positive, this is the second time it has happened this way. Plus she doesn't run a fever! Two days off from working outside of the house this week, will work my part time job. I am hoping I don't get it, because I kissed her right on the lips on Saturday night Wish me luck!!!
