| |  I believe you need to have SOME way of funding the account: CC or bank account. That may just be to be 'verified', though. I don't think they have a requirement for a CC just to open an account. The UK version doesn't, at least.

Secondly, Actually I have a paypal account but I do not have a credit card. It is not needed to have a credit card to make a paypal account. I don't think they will ask you for a credit card pin or something like that. Just try to make a paypal account. If that doesn't work use AlertPay its basically the same as paypal. But I recommend Paypal.

| |  I think she wants to have a paypal account so that she can receive payments from mylot, is that right? Well before I used to have moneybookers for my payments here in mylot but since they removed it I use paypal.
I also like alertpay because I can receive payments in USD while in paypal they would convert it to your local currency.

You can spend it online I guess or invest on some sites and have that site pay you in check or through western union. You can just make your money go around until it reaches you. haha. | |  No, you don't. At least I didn't. You just need to verify it. If you are receiving money, or paying. It needs to go somewhere else sometimes, how do you get it from paypal to your hand? Your computer will not print you the money. Just take your time and read over the instructions again. I am sure you will get it all figured out cheers.

| | You can have it in your paypal account, but then you can only use it online, through merchants that accept paypal payments.
if you just want money for using online, then you can, but if you want it to go to the movies, then you will have to connect it. It is not a difficult thing getting a credit card with a small limit, just be very careful to remember, IT IS NOT FREE money, but rather, you are borrowing it. Always pay back, as fast as possible.
