The other day I was sitting in a coffee shop and was enjoying a little peace and quiet. This guy comes and sits next to me and he justs starts cursing to himself. He looked normal but certainly didnt behave normal. So he continued cursing to himslef and I said to him "do you mind toning down your language?" he apologized and walked off. Two seconds later he comes back and starts cursing me! he went on about how we women are all b*tches and how we ruined his life. He was pointing fingers at me and intimidating me. I looked him and just had the face of "what the... I very much beg your pardon???"
Luckily the coffee shop staff came to my rescue and kicked him out and he was just going off like a speed bullet. funny thing is he wasn't drunk or anything like that. In fact he looked like a city boy with a three piece suit who worked for some financial firm. I later found out that he had just lost his job, he just got divorce papers from his wife and his mother had died all in the same month..
poor guy.. if you were in his shoes would you act in the same way?

I honestly believe this person needs someone to talk to like a Psychiatrist!
I guess at that moment he needed to vent or blame someone for what is happening in his life. We need to always be alert when we go to public places because you just never know what can happen when you are out trying to enjoy yourself.
There are many horror stories that i read on a daily basis about people like him.
They snap!

If I were to analyze the reason why he acted that way and put myself into his shoes, I could really feel the effect, and I exactly do not know how to react in such a problematic situation. On the other hand, as much as possible, I would not want to lose my sanity.

Well that is certainly an uncalled situation......i feel sometimes people have bad things coming up their life all the the same time.......and the frustration that he had was very much obvious.......and specially it could get worse if he had no one to speak their hearts too........it can get really bad sometimes.......
I don't know what i would be doing if such things happens to me......coz only the person who goes through this can understand what is wrong......i would never ever like to be in his shoes.......ouch it much be so painful......
I am glad god has kept me safe until now......and i know he will take care of me in days to come.......

Never! I work in a resort that hosts many conferences, the other day I was making omelets for guests on the buffet. One man I had seen all week came down and ordered his usual talking on about his job and how he really liked it. He got a phone call before I finished his omelet and went into our private dining area to talk on the phone, when he didn't return for his omelet five minutes later, but instead was just sitting in a chair I knew something had happened. When I went to see what was going on and what if anything I could do he looked at me, got up, wrapped me in a huge hug, and just started balling - he wouldn't let go! The guy had just lost his job that he liked so much and found out that the company was not paying for him to stay another night at the hotel even though he couldn't get a flight out that day and forget breakfast because now he couldn't afford it. Sadly, that's not the first time or the last, but this guy you described had no reason to go after you. I think I would just get some tequila, make my yummy margaritas, and watch a movie. When that was done I'd pick up the pieces of myself and get to fixing the situation.
