I can see that you are also a gaming freak just like me. The question that you have asked is quiet a tricky one as it is difficult to say which one I like because both are different in many aspects. One is close to reality and the other to Virtual life So i cannot exactly say. But i feel that reality is better than virtual life so i think i will go with Age of empires III. But i do like both the games and i feel that mythology is good because it is unreal and cannot be seen in real world. Anyways Good Luck ..

i would definitely go for age of mythology ...there's something totally different about using your mythical creatures to tear down buildings which is not quite present in AOE III.. and the campaign in AOM was way better than AOE III..

In my opinion i still like aoe 3 better than aom. plus i think a lot more ppl is playing aoe3 than aom.

I prefer age of empires III, i don't like "magic" and other stuff in strategy games.

I like mythology very much. So with no doubt AOM is great. Graphics is good in AOE 3, but story, campeign and definitiom AOM is great.
