I am actually gain weight

From last night dinner, my father's friend told me that I was actually gain weight recently. I didn't aware of that, I thought that I stay the same. So, I might need to start exercise again. So, do you actually aware that you gaining weight? I just couldn't notice until someone told me so.

Absoulutely you are right my dear that it is not nice for your father's friend to tell you you are fat. He has probably hurt your feelings and it is not good that he has now caused you to have low self esteem. You must tell your father that you will not cook dinner for his friend again and tell your father that this man was very rude to you saying you were fat. I wonder perhaps was this man fat also. If he was I hope you told him.

WEll honey...this sucks.....but I myself have been working so hard to lose some weight, because I thought maybe that would relieve some of my back and leg pain. I have switched everything in my diet, started a daily exercise routine, and stopped drinking soda. But, yesterday, when I weighed, I weighed 5 lbs more than when I started!!!

It is difficult to notice when the pounds creep up. It seems like the clothing you own stretches a bit to accommodate you and then you buy stuff and it is a size larger and you figure it is a different cut so that is the reason and then you get on a scale and you are up 20 pounds. No, it is easy to miss.

I think if you keep up with yourself you can start to notice if your gaining weight. Either by looking in the mirror or just realizing that you are starting to feel heavier. It might be difficult to notice (or we might just not want to notice) but I think if you keep up with your body and your body image, you can definitely notice if your putting on or losing weight.
