 I just realized today that it's been awhile since the last time I said I LOVE YOU to my mom. I'm really sorry for that, I love her dearly, but sometime I'm just too busy doing something else that I think more important in my life.

Just a few minutes ago I was talking to my mom on the phone and I told her I loved her. I tell my fiancee all the time that I love him. I say it several times a day. I agree with you that it's very important. We don't always remember though, so the reminder is nice.

My husband and I joke about how often we tell each other, "I love you." It's some sort of compulsion or something. Once in a while, he'll even call and say it, then hang up, having said nothing else.
