is it difficult to learn math?

Same to me i feel nervous on those days... heres the key, just focus focus focus, relax and free your mind from any other things...

I think that you are only nervous because you think it is hard! It isnt. All of the problems are always done the same way. Once you learn the method, you can do all of the problems no matter what the numbers are!

Dont focus on how hard it is, just focus on each step you have to do. Before you know it, it will seem very easy for you!

And if you arent quite sure about something, you can always practice! The steps are always the same, so doing more problems will help your confidence!

Dont give up! Math isnt difficult!

Math is the easiest thing to learn. It´s a game of yes and no. The maybes are out of it. Almost everything is harder to learn because it´s more complex. Just think of biology, of biochemistry, of molecular biology. Imagine how difficult it is to understand history or religions.
AND it is not your liver that hurts with math

Few years ago, the minister of education in my country said that nowadays maths is easy to learn. Then one of leading mathematicians in the world wrote a letter to the minister, saying:"Sir, if you don't know what is maths, don't talk about it in utter confusion". I myself is a studentt in maths, and I've always had good marks, but I never think it's simple. So it's quite normal if you find it's difficult. But you should relax, because the more you feel nervous, the more you find it's hard. In fact, catching essential ideas is more important than solving exercises, but unfortunately, most of teachers always forcus on the latter.

well, in my opinion, not only math but everything about which we don't know anything can make you afraid. for eg. if you don't know driving you will afraid driving a car, if you are not good listner, you will afraid to attend the seminar, if you are not confident you will afraid to attend the interview. Person only afraid when they are lacking information required to complete the task but if you are fully loaded with the information required to complete the task. you will the confident person... people are not born perfect they become perfect....

I just don't like math even when I was a child, because of that I always make sure that I will succeed on the other fields.

to begain with,u dont fear to learn the math.what's more,u should study the method of math instead of remebering the formula in mind.last but not the least,do more exercise as soon as possible and summarize the experience.

I think it all depends on each person. Some people can learn quickly and some not. Some people have more knowledge of the harder stuff too.

LOL at your comment about your hurt liver (of all things) when you study math.

Humans require mathematics to develop their logical operations throughout late childhood and adolescence according to child psychology. It isn't about "studying" per se, but able learning operations and applying them. I personally have never had any troubles in mathematics - there is really nothing to memorize, just procedures to apply. In medical school now, I aced mathematics and the sciences (physics, chemistry and biology) as they all involved rational thinking, studying those subjects sparingly, as they came easily to me. However, I never was good in English with regards to interpreting poems, novels, short stories, etc. at a high level (Grade 12), but teachers commended my compositions in geography, science, math, history, etc., but not literature.

May be you are scare mathamatics thats why your body give such reaction whenever you start studying mathamatics.You need to get over this yourself.Find out easy methods of mathamatics.Get help from some one who is good in mathamatics.Mathamatics is all about understanding and practice.Get over your fear,your liver will be fine.
