Favorite Harry Potter character: Reflection of Self or Someone you Admire?

It's always interesting how people's favorite characters seem to be either a reflection of themselves or a reflection of the person they want to be (ie. someone they admire). I'm always interested in questions like these.
For example, my favorite Harry Potter character is Fred because he's funny, laid-back, and relaxed and it's that sort of carefree life that I wish I could be more like. Most of my favorite characters go along the lines of someone I admire, even Snape. I admire his braveness to come through his rough childhood and his ability to love someone that deeply and for that long. :)
So who's your favorite Harry Potter character and why? Are they a reflection of the person you are, or someone whose traits you admire and would like to be like?

I keep rooting for Snape; I know that under all that dark and dismal attitude there is a man of honor. As much as he despises Harry at times he does step up to help him although sometimes not in the most obvious of ways. He was only in one film but Viktor Krum was an interesting and somewhat dark character but he came off like a bucket of rocks with Hermione.
