We get them as berry mix or tropical mix, my husband prefers the berry mix and I sometimes eat the tropical as well. As I am diabetic and they are already having a bit of artificial sweetener I can dig in without fearing the blood sugar will get high and these frozen berries are a lovely substitute for ice cream. The diabetic suitable ice cream does not taste that great and so I prefer the berries.
