Anyone live in NYC and not mind a guest for one week?

I was all prepared to go to book expo, but then, as always, something happened. My house host in NYC her grandpa died, so i can't stay there. I'm sad for her, but also worried about where I will end up. I can't get my money back from Book Expo. I'll just need to find the money somewhere for lodging. Any Mylotters live in NYC? Wouldn't mind a guest for a week? No steps! Can pay a bit. Like $75 or so! I travel with an assistant. We're both nice. Google Martina Robinson for details of me! I need to stay from 5/27 to 6/5 around noon (at latest). Please help!
