Ever had a frozen shoulder? It's a pain isn't it?

I had a frozen left shoulder last year, but was very lucky because it got better in about 8 months, and I was told by the physiotherapist that it would probably take 2 years or so to recover. Now I have a frozen right shoulder, and it is still at the painful stage. Because I am right-handed, I'm noticing it much more than the left. It's amazing how many things you do that involve using your right shoulder! Has anyone else ever had a frozen shoulder?
