What is the best to do ......

It is Sunday afternoon, you just had huge lunch and you can barely move, what is the best thing to do.... what is better than a Sunday afternonn nap. Do you take a nap after a big meal, or what do you normaly do..

Hello! Everyday after my lunch II go for a deep sleep for an hour or so.It helps me to rebuild the energy and strengthen metabolism.thanx.

I agree a afternoon nap can be the best thing.......but sometimes my schedule just does not allow me to......as a student I keep getting pounded by assignments, projects, etc........ I would love to take a nap every afternoon.......you just feel so lazy during afternoons.......but I don't prefer to take a nap immediately after lunch as it tends to put up weight on your tummy and makes your body bulky.......

Yeah, a nap every afternoon would be nice, but during the week it is imposible for most. A sunday afternoon is a good time for a nap. Sundays are always so relaxed. A good day to rest from a weeks work, or study. How is the studies going. Are you finish for this semester, or are there more exams coming up soon. I have two papers coming up soon. Blessings.
