Master Colon Cleanse Diet guide day 4  

Hi there, thanks for your input. I've actually done a massive amount of research on this subject before trying it myself. I have spoken to doctors and a nutritionist for advice before I did it.
While I eat a fairly healthy diet these days and I work out regularly I have not always kept those habits. I spent years and years eating an average american diet and treating myself rather poorly. I also stay away from medications partly because I can tolerate most of what my body goes through and because I don't want anything else muddling my body chemistry.
The process I am undertaking is allowing me to rid my digestive system of unwanted non digestible matter that has built up in my colon and my large intestine. Have you ever seen what the colon of a middle aged adult looks like. I've seen it and it's disturbed. Our bodies are constantly coming in contact with massive amounts of foreign chemicals daily be it car exhaust or pesticides that people use on their lawns. These chemicals build up in our systems over time and help break us down. I am just attempting to help my body rid itself of some of these built up toxins.
I do agree that much of the western medical and diet programs are just bull anyway. That's what led me to owning a neti pot and never buying sudafed again. However I believe strongly in western medicine and will not shove it off to the side. I see no reason that someone should not receive regular medical checkups.

What I am doing is a natural detox program and has been accepted by many people. I would not have tried something like this haphazardly.

That is a very interesting way to think of things. There is a good deal of information on both sides when it comes to a cleanse being good or bad for you. Thank you for the insight into your experiences.
