Are the Judges on Britains' Got Talent Fair?

I have been watching the current season of Britains' Got Talent. There are some really excellent talents on show. However, I think the judges dismissed some really excellent acts and they put through some acts that I consider mediocre at best. I also think they have not been fair in selecting the second acts to go into the finals after the public vote. Do you feel the judges are a bit unfair too?
