Have you ever experienced a disturbance in your aura level? All of us do. A very good example - When a person (also strangers)keeps staring at you for no reason you feel uneasy and start to look around for the person who is actually disturbing your aura! This is simply because someone is trying to penetrate through your aura and you are not comfortable. If you have any such experiences please do share with us.

I have always been fascinated by the feelings I get of being watched or sometimes just a hunch that something is not quite right. Back in my teens I didn't understand these feelings at all, and often would have nightmares following strong feeling like this. Then I had a girlfriend who introduced me to spiritual matters. At first I thought it be bit crazy, but slowly accepted more and more. I got interested in Zen and meditation, and I am more aware now that I-am consciousness is not only within our bodies but around us too. In my meditation I often practise extending this field of awareness into my aura. The resultant feelings can be quite awesome at times. - Derek

Since you have been meditating for a long time you can actually feel the aura and the disturbance as well. A few are very sensitive to such disturbance! I have read that if you have a disturbed or broken aura there is an energy block somewhere in you :)

Yes,I believe it's true that most of us have energy blocks, and it is meditation practices and things like yoga that can unblock the chakras. - Derek

i think women feel that more than men.just my opinion though.because it is women who can guess these feelings (and face these situations more)...well i too felt the feeling u said lot of times.but your aura explanation is nice.:)

Thank you for the appreciations. Well it is not only women who face this but even men. Like a few can predict an accident before it happens. Babies are good examples too - like when you keep looking at them (actually admiring) while they are sleeping, they generally get disturbed, shift sides and even wake up. This is why staring at sleeping babies is a restriction at my home (though my granny gives a different explanation to it). Happy MyLotting :)

I am sorry, I still didn't get the exact meaning of aura. I felt irritated a lot of times when people stared at me......especially when I was wearing a dress which ws not covering the whole body...Now a days I started ignoring those looks and feel pity for their poor mentality. I also felt irritated when I had a boss who used to watch very keen on my works - the websites I am visiting, how often I am not at my desk, how often I am going to pantry, how often I am visiting restroom, how much time I am spending talking over phone etc.
