From when can I use emoticons???

I had completed my 200th post just now. And from when I can use emoticons??? I am very eager to do that....The word "mylot Code" is not there in the lefy hand side...What can I do???Please help...

If smilies do not work after you reach 200 LOG OUT and then LOG BACK IN and all will be well

Ok!! Lets see who helps us in this regard!! God!!! Its there...Mylot code is there...I can use that perhaps....Lets try!!! I tried to use the emoticons but it is not working.

When I hit exactly 200 I couldn't do the emoticons until it was like 201.
