many of my friends want to give me a puppy but i decline. i think i don't want to have another pet again, Yna will be my last dog i will ever take care of and the dog i would really love. but is till love dogs. I'm still a pet lover but i don't want to have anymore. its so hard to move on when they died. so I'm better of this way without lovely pets. for you would you take a new dog, when your beloved dog died?

I understand where you are coming from kaorulen, because as you know, I lost one of my dogs a month ago and still feel empty inside. We still have her sister with us, and she is a great comfort. We have sworn not to get anymore, because it is so painful when they die. We will enjoy our little dog whilst she is here, but once she goes and joins her sister in doggie heaven, we will NOT be getting anymore.

I don't think I will replace my dog when she passes (she is still young so she has a lot more years left). Once the children are out of the house and the pets are gone, it's going to become all about me. I love my dog, but you can't replace them with another one...they're kind of like your children in the sense that they cannot be replaced as they have their own individual personality.
