not sure which email client you are using but I am pretty sure they all have a preference where you can set up "rules"
What I do when I get mail I dont want is I set the rule to place anything that comes from that email or any email with certain words in it to be moved directly to the trash.
I hope I am explaining this right . and that it helps you!
Happy lotting to you

jezz .. make sure you remember what "rules" you set and where to accress for editing them. . because for a while till you get them all, you will have to keep adding the new ones that come through . . I bet there is even a better way to do this . .so that what comes in your mail is actually all you want . .. ha . .when I figure that out Ill give you a holler!

Don't give out your address to any company or website without first reading the fine print or the "privacy policy". A lot of people just ignore the privacy policies on websites, but they're actually REALLY important. Because by submitting your information, you're automatically agreeing to whatever policies they have. For example, if you sign up for a mailing list or a free magazine (where you have to give them your address) - and the privacy policy says that they will disburse your information to "third parties" or "affiliate companies" - then you're pretty much ASKING to get a million pieces of junk mail a day.
Also, you could try contacting the companies that repeatedly send things to you - and ask for them to remove you from their mailing lists.
I get about 3-4 pieces of junk mail per week, usually, and I really don't mind it. It goes straight to the recycle bin and it's not much of a hassle to me.
