When is it time to diet?  | | Well what will trigger you to diet?
For me, it's when i feel like i have a double chin. I'd dive into a diet straight away. Or when i feel my clothes restricting my breathing in some way.

Your diet can help you to either gain weight or maintain it or lose weight. As I said before, a better diet keeps you fit and healthy.

For some reason, noticing these things is SO much more compelling than the "I should really get healthy.." thoughts in the back of my mind.
