President Obama has solved the problem of placing the Gitmo Detainees

He now has a plan to relocate the detainees. It will only cost $11,000,000 each. That is whe he promisie the Island Nation of Palau. The best part for them is there may be more to come. Closing Gitmo is going to be expensive because this is not money approved by congress for bribing a foreign Nation. New style Chicago Politics.

0bozo cannot do this without Congress appropriating the funding.
He is deliberately trying to destroy our economy... and this is just one more example.
I say put a bullet in them... it is much cheaper, as well as being imminently satisfying.
