Harry Potter 8

Harry potter 8 should not come.the way rowling has finshed the series is perfect.for hp fans if they want some other hp books then it would be best if rowling wrote a book telling about what happened between harry killing voldemort and the final chapter 19 years later.

I heared Harry Potter has done at 7!

As far as I know (and what JK Rowling has stated), there will not be a Harry Potter 8.

Besides considering how the 7th book ended, I don't know where else they would go with the story.

I really don't think that JK Rowling needs to write another Harry Potter book. The way that she ended the 7th in the series was just right. So many things that I hoped would happen, did, while some other things happened that I hoped would not. I don't want to say too much in case it gives away the ending to someone who still hasn't finished the book. There are things also that I wish did not happen in the 6th book but they are only fictitious characters after all. They just seem so real because the author did a wonderful job of bringing them to life.

I think it would be OA if there is still part 8 for Harry Potter series. It is very obvious in part 7 that it has happy ending already. It will be better if there is a new book for another series that Rowling will write. Another new and nice story that will become famous like Harry Potter.

I don't think there will be another part in the harry potter series especially with the seventh part having a happy ending.The final chapter almost indicates the reader that "They Lived Happily Ever After".

I wouldn't like the idea of Harry Potter 8. Rowling has made all the characters grow up in the last sequel of the series so half the fun would be gone if there were to be a Harry Potter part 8! Moreover since Voldemort is dead I reckon there is not much left to show since most of the trouble and the excitment was based on him. Apart from that, as you said, the idea of some other dark lord than Voldemort sounds interesting but might not be very welcoming... I hope Rowling reads the discussion we might see another series coming up from the great author...lol...
