| 3. jugsjugs (3260) | 7 months ago |  If i can not sleep i usually either go on face book and have a chat or if the computer is on i find myself on mylot.I have been known to fall asleep while chatting on my phone on face book with my ipod in my ears up loud.I find that sky has alot of repeats so i tend not to watch tv much now.Happy mylotting.

| 7. iamJuNe2 (46) | 6 months ago |  i play an online game called "Flyff" if dont feel like sleeping or if im not sleepy yet at all. i level up my character as much as i can then my eyes would become heavy after some time. if i get bored of playing, i watch anime instead.^_^
it also helps for me if i drink milk before i go to sleep. just some additional stimulants to provoke sleep. i also get bad dreams if i dont get to drink milk before i go to bed. @_@
