Find time to massage your body!  

Massages are definitely great for the body for physical and mental reasons! I skip the oils because I dont like the greasy feeling. I am pretty spoiled though, my husband is a massage therapist! So I make sure I get regular massages. I just wish I could return the favor for him!

I usually have a monthly massage. It's my treat to myself. I think it's a good thing to have massages (but not too much though) because it is for our well-being. It's also a great way to relax, most especially after a good massage.

I've never had a body massage and what you use for yours sounds so divine!
