How did you get this job? on the internet? friend's referral?
I always feel it is easier to get a job when you have referral especially somebody that you know working in that company and refer you to have an interview, I got my first summer job referred by my aunt. After I graduated, I was luckily to receive jobs by just interviewing by myself, it was luck really because most of the employees don't accept candidates who had no experiences before...
Do you think they hire you due to your qualification more or your performance in the interview?

Hello mermaidivy,
My present job is actually my fourth job and the longest. My first, second and third lasted for about a year or maybe over a year but with the current job, I have been here for the past 11 years. It is not that I like it very much; just that it offers what I need at this time. From my past experience, I could get a job easily and I do believe, the employer will definitely look at your qualification when they call you in for an interview, and the rest depends on how good you are while being interviewed. As for an experience worker, definitely your experience plays a big role to get the job.

My current job is my third job. One of the owners of this company is a family friend of ours and he asked my mom is she knows anyone who can fill in the position that he is looking for, so my mom told him to try asking me if I am interested in the job. I wasn't working that time and was living on my savings so I decided to take his offer. I have been here for almost 7 years already.
