Did you see the Nick at Nite is going to start showing reruns of Malcolm in the Middle? What kind of classic TV show is that?! I'm disappointed they are doing that. Well, my favorite classic shows are kind of corny. I admit I still get a kick out of The Brady Bunch, although I don't often watch it. I kind of miss seeing Laverne and Shirley reruns. I can't find them on any cable channels. And I really wish they would show Dragnet again. My mom said when I was six, I would park myself in front of the TV, and wait for Nick at Nite to start airing reruns of Dragnet. Apparently I loved that show and the reruns of Emergency!. lol

My favourite classic comedies have got to be the two British ones, 'Fawlty Towers' and 'Some Mother's do Ave Em'. It's good to be able to pull them up on You Tube and watch my son enjoy the same ones that I enjoyed, and see him howl with laughter at Frank Spencer and Basil Fawlty. Did these two characters ever take off outside of the UK I wonder?

Its funny I saw plenty of old sit coms growing up in the 70's and I also saw the new ones too. So when they re run them I would get excited but I find that there are only a few that I really want to see most every episode. They are Taxi, One Day At A Time, and The Odd Couple.

I always watch Three's Company too, when it comes on. How could you not love some kind of misunderstanding that always happens on every episode . I also love Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie. I have been watching Rosanne on TV Land too. I think they have been having some kind of marathon as it has been on back to back to back lately. The classic shows I also like, but don't see on much any more are The Dck Van Dyk Show (myLot wont let me type the words)and the Mary Tyler Moore Show. They use to be on Nick at Nite and TV Land years ago, but they only show more recent stuff now. I am beginning to think that shows were just better back then. They were more nice and happy. And, Rosanne was more real as in they couldn't afford things or pay their bills. Plus, there just are not many sitcoms on anymore .

Well I'm going back some, but I love Hazel. I ordered a whole bunch on netflix. On TV its The Andy Griffin Show or old game shows such as Match game. The celebrities were so funny on there. Unfortunately most have passed away.
