Does The Sims 3 come with pets?

If I´m honest I would prefer the sims 3 would come with pets, but I don´t know if that´s true. I´m sorry, try to make a search in some good game websites.

They don't unfortunately. with the new system, i think it would be difficult to play with pets. Playing it, it's already difficult maintaining a family of 3 the way you want it. Well unless you want them running around like crazy, but the thing is it'd be so chaotic if you do since they are able to just run in town now with or without a transportation. But who knows theres many expansions to come.

you should really check out the game. quite fun. the thing is they only released 2 towns.

Difference with the game is that you can't ram in a bunch of sims into one town, so that means you only take care of one family. not like sims 1 and 2 where you can play different families in one town. So if you want to play a different family you have to make a new game of one of the 2 towns available. I believe they made it like that because each game actually grows throughout time. people in town actually age at the same pace as your sims.

Unfortunately not. They'll probably bring out an expansion pack for pets to get more money in the future!

No, it doesn't come with pets. Many gamers (like me) would like to have these cute creatures as part of the game. We could create our own pets or customise it in any way we want. Perhaps, with enough demands from gamers, EA would consider a free upgrade for Sims 3 so that pets could be included, too.

You might want to post your comments on Sim 3's official website so that EA would take more notice of gamers' needs.

EA have announced that two expansion packs will be released later this year around november. They haven't given any information on wat those expansion packs are but just that there would be expansion packs in november. Since its a completely new series of Sims games so surely there would be many more addons released as well and maybe you will get some pets expansion as well soon enough.
Sims 3 has been very enjoyable even without any expansion pack, the game has expanded far ahead from Sims 2 and there's lot more to do in the town than it ever used to be in The Sims games. I'm loving playing it right now and there's so many interesting things to do in the game so for me its the best Sims game so far.

I don't think they are going to have expansion packs, so I think pets will be an option.:-(
