how u treat a snorer?

I dont agree with you because a snorer definetely knows that he sonre because other people who sleep with him fear about that and tell him that he is snoring. I do often sleep with a snorer . Because my father is a good snorer. LOL

My father snores, so does my sister. I think one snores when he or she is so tired. We were once told in our Caregiving training that you have to let the person sleep on his side. When one snores, his tongue recedes and it is likely that he gets chocked in the process. Safe sleeping position is sleep on your side.

i can say that am not a bear as i don't snore,and i know that well since no one told me, other than my father do snore and that too awful, its a good thing that i dont snore like my father do am happy at that,i think some people do have snore that can even scare of anyone near them while asleep. and i also think its not a good habit to snore when people are with you sleeping.

you have one of two choices .

the first one is go out and get a pair of ear plugs

and the second suggestion I have for you is to to the snorring and instead of hearing it as an annoyance let it lull you to sleep!

I cannot sleep if someone snores.. Its very difficult to tolerate such a person..I prefer not to sleep when such a person is beside me..Previously I had a roommate who snore very loudly..I prefer falling asleep before her always.

Some people said that I was snore. But I do think I do it sometimes, but it so rare. By b-f do it sometimes and I just move his a little and it stop. I can endure a snored people if he not snore for a long time or it's not too heavy. I do experience with my ex. He was snore so loud that on day I decided to go to sleep on the sofa.. because I cannot be able to stop him and was tough about 1 hour or more.. I do this during 3 days before he was ok lool. But, I do think most people know they are snore... but they just in some case..cannot do anything for that. My mom know she snore,but she try couple things to stop that,but nothing got ok.. so my father have to tolerate this.. but she not snore all night so, that the better thing in that!

My ex husband used to snore really bad. Whenever I told him to lay on his left side, the snoring wasn't quite as bad.

Hello shibham. I thought I cannot endure a snorer sleep beside me.But after 4 years of living with my roomate,I can say that I get used to it now. We have to adapt ourselves to the condition we cannot control. Even myself sometimes I also snore especially when exhausted.

i dont snore but you have to respect their sleep and i dont mind snoring because its only natural and someting everyone deals with

when someone snores i tell them they snore when i tell them they snore but when i tell them they dont believe me lol. But the only 2 people i dont like sleeping with sometimes is my father and grandma they are very loud snorers No offence GRANDMA AND DAD! lol sometime i sleep down stairs in the living room and when i wake up my whole buddy hurts and my nerk fells werid now that my grandma died im not happy sometimes i miss her snoring my sister told me people only snore if they sick or have boogers in their nose lol
