| Do you take vitamins?  | | | |  Hi Guys! Just want to ask you if you take vitamins regularly. In my case, I have been lazy taking my vitamins. My mother needs to remind me always. But because of the threat of some deadly diseases like swine flu, I have been taking my vitamins everyday. I take vitamin C. Though, I also take Centrum complete sometimes.
