Do you have some sort of daily ritual you do at home?

Do you love to have some rituals for your face or body or etc. I don't have any ritual at all. i am quite lazy to continue when i decide to begin something. i easily give up on habits.and so i don't have any habit i can think of except on being in front of the computer every day. What is your ritual you love to do until now.

I am no difference from you. Internet surfing has replaced everything that has been in my agenda for years. I used to spend everyday in front of the mirror to do some facial exercises but now it is no longer in practice.

Same is here too..I don't have some particular rituals...But I do sit in front of computer everyday... I prefer praying to God regularly after taking bath.. Probably it is also one of the rituals that I follow....

I do bathe every day in the summer and every other day in the winter unless I've been in something that has made me sweat or get dirty. Other than that, I have chores to do every single day and twice a day which is getting all three water bowls to my pets and giving them fresh water, refill all the dry cat food bowls, give out their treats and scoop the cat box. Besides that, straighten up the house before I get on the computer so that I can relax and not have anything on my mind that needs my attention.

My only daily rituals are getting out of bed in the morning and going to bed at night. Other than that, I take each moment as it comes. With my several medical issues, I never know from day-to-day or even moment-to-moment sometimes, how I'm going to feel or what I'll be capable of doing. So, it's pretty much up in the air. I rarely even plan anything because of not knowing how I'll feel the next day, the next week, or whenever. I TRY to get outside each day, even if only for a few minutes, to do some gardening. Some days I only have energy to pull a few weeds but I always feel better if I'm able to get outside, even for a tiny bit.

Thank you, hotsummer. There are no cures for what I have right now. The best I can do is control the symptoms to some extent. But, there's always hope that research will find cures! That would surely be a nice day! Take care!

Every sunday I have to look after my nails whether in my fingers or the ones in he feet, I have to take very good care of my hair as I work everyday and I return home really late so I do not have so much time so only on sunday that I find myself a bit free to do all these. Then a horror movie which is my favorite to see on a sunday night is too good.
