Another landmark moment

As of now I have participated in over 2000 discussions on myLot! I guess that isn't bad for just being a member a measly four months! I haven't had as much time lately as I did when I signed up back in February because of working and responsibilities and obligations but I try to get in a few comments a day and start new discussions here and there.
It was kind of exciting seeing the number rollover, kind of like the mileage on an old car when you have driven it so far the odometer has ot go back to zero. Ok, maybe not quite like that, but you have to admit 2000 is a lot of mileage on my laptop keyboard especially when going back and forth with additional comments and typing in at least a few sentences for each post.
I wonder if there is some new feature I will have access to now that I have reached so many posts. I was very excited to be able to add images and to cut and paste when I reached those levels.

congratulations you have crossed 2000 mark, but i have crossed only 200 mark, you have taken so much efforts to reach the 2000 point marks, i wish you reach 10000 mark with in short time, wish you all the best

Its great to see you achieved 2000 discussions landmark. Normally, it is easy and interesting to start a new service; but it is difficult to sustain the momentum for a longer period. It is good to see that you could achieve that. I am nowhere near you, I have participated in only about 500 discussions over two years, less than one discussion a day.

Hi Canellita! CONGRATULATIONS!!! What a milestone and so quickly too! I wish I could do that but unfortunately with this account and the one I had on myLot before I just couldn't do it as I'm like you, working and other responsibilities just take too much time! Maybe they should add an hour to each day just so all of us myLotters could spend one, uninterrupted hour per day posting on myLot...I wonder if that would work??

Congratulations on the headway you are making on Helium now also! I did read on your profile where you had discussions about Helium. I don't know much about this site but have certainly heard about it in the past. I am going to go to your profile and read the discussions you started about it and find out more about it. Maybe something for me! I have heard mixed reviews, some people like it and others don't, I suppose it is all up to the individual isn't it?

In my experience, limited though it may be, I have found that the people who complain about helium simply have not figured out how to make it work for them. If you have the right attitude you can make almost any situation work out in your favor.

As for the time factor, up until summer I was wishing for an additional two hours to may afternoon around 2 PM. Now I go in for 12:30 and I am happy to see 3:30 arrive! I have fnally started making headway at helium and I never want to leave my computer to go to work!

Congratulations on your 2000 posts. I have been here since April, and I guess I am not doing to bad. I am doing more now than when I first came in here. I didn't quite know how everything worked when I cam in here, but now I have it down. I try to do what I an when I am in here, as I have other sites I do as well, so I come and go throughout the day. I am using a laptop too, and I guess I am putting mine to good use with all the posts I have been doing. It will probably wear out before I ever do . I love it here, and I am here to stay. I have started a few discussions, mut mostly I just respond to discussions. I likt it better that way, as I don't have to think quite as hard as I would when I start discussions, kind of like a no brainer. I should have had payout last month though, but I fell a few dollars short, but I have more than made it up, and I do hope that I can get the payout every month. I am sure going to try anyway.

The thing about starting discussions is that they don't count until at least one person comments and sometimes it is difficult to come up with just the right title to draw attention to one, at least until you make some friends.
