If there is that much pain and it is keeping you up at night, I would suggest visiting a doctor. They may be able to prescribe you something that works better than the paracetamol. If not, they can give you an accurate diagnosis so you know what the problem is. This could be a sign of something much worse, but it probably isn't. You never know, though...

Hi JheLaichie, it might be migraine. I have migraine when it attack the pain is unbearable. try to take some rest and if the pain is there try ibupropen that's my GP advice me. if not then better go to your doctor and have it check.

yesterday I made a whole day here at mylot I enjoyed it a lot and spending lots of time in front of the pc, as a result I got a severe headache then today I got sick
I know I should not be staying online since I am sick but there are things need to be done and so far no more headache. if you have migraine avoid cheesy food like pizza lasagna macaroni and cheese and many more they will only add to you migraine
just sit back and relax for now and try to relax your mind if you know ways to relax your mind like thinking you are in a beach with cool air or something like that it would actually work I do this all the time and not think or worry about anything coz sometimes headache is psychological only you have the power to stop it and of still it wont go away then try to go and have a check up tomorrow but for now relax thats what you need....hope you feel fine soon and dont bother respond to this comment go and relax....

I got your other message first, saying that your head was better. It's possible that the computer is what's making your head hurt worse. You might want to remember that in the future. I don't know, though. I'm just guessing that might be it. I just know that if my head starts hurting while I'm looking at the computer, I shut it down. Kathy.

Maybe you're spending too much time with your computer. The brightness of the screen may be causing your headaches. In your case, I would rub some lavender oil on my forehead, and go and lie down, close and rest my eyes. I would also have a bag or jar of lavender buds beside my pillow or on the bedside cabinet. Lavender is great for relaxing and easing headaches.

I hate it when I get headaches. I rarely do but when they do come about, they hurt. I have to take Aleve or Tylenol to get rid of mine. I also have to go lay down and sleep for a while alot of times too.
