Where do you get the gun bazooka in this game, anyone know?

After the Torenos missions you have to go back to that ranch of that chap and you will find all sorts of weapons including a heat seeking bazooka.:)

You can find these bazookas in Mike Toreno's house in Sierra Robada. But you can find them only after completing all his missions.
