How long would you like to live?

Some people want to live forever, some don't want to live at all,some want to live at least 100 years.Some dream to see their children marrying or to accompany their grandchildren to the first class.
What are your plans?

Unfortunately we can't plan this. I hope tolive for as long as I am able to be in good health and manage on my own, both financially and in day to day things.
I hope to live long enough to see my son fulfill his ambitions and see him happy at which point I would be perfectly happy and could wish for nothing more.
My mother is 90 and still saving for her old age so I hope I will have her spirit abd good health too when I become older, always assuming that I will (become older).

Wow!Congrats to your mother!If you continue be active here as you are now, you'll reach her age,I'm sure.We live when our brains work.

That is true indeed!
My mother still does the crossword every day in the local paper.
Maybe if there had been myLot when she was younger then she would have been here instead

Hi silver, I dont want to live to a hundred and when it is my turn to go then let it be...that is how I feel about it all as for seeing my grandchild getting marriedd as he is at school it does not worry me as when my time is up it is up and that is when I want to be at peace, my family understand that and accept it....guess am fortunate in that sense...LoLo

I would like to hang around until I'm in my 80's but not if I become a burden to my family. My husband and I have 9 grandchildren who I would like to see grow up and have families of their own. Since I come from a long line of ancestors who lived well into their 80's I'm pretty sure that I'll make it that long if I take care of myself.

Hey,
Actually ever since I was smaller I always wanted to live until 100 years old. That was my goal, but when I really think about it, I don't want to just sit in bed for the whole day at age 100, I want to actually walk around and do things for myself. well, i have not thought about it seriously so far.
now that i do,i want to live as long as i can do things on my own and am active enough to walk,talk,eat,read,watch tv and move around.
i have seen my grandpa spend the last 3 yrs of his life on bed and it was quite miserable. i do not want anyone to go through such an end.
