Did you write back to PayPal asking why they have denied your withdrawal transaction? Or is your account being freeze for certain reasons? Probably you would want to write back to PayPal team and have them help you on this as I believe they are quite helpful and responsible and will tell you what exactly happen to your withdrawal.

There can be plenty of reasons.Maybe there's a withdrawal limit that you have reached or maybe they don't accept the card you used to withdraw your money.Try to write them on this issue.Check also if this service is available in your country.This is the country list and some explanations.https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

Hi, well what is it saying exactly, is it asking for some additional details, in my country they ask for certain bank codes, etc it depends from country to country so make sure that you have entered all the information properly......secondly I suggest check if bank transfers are allowed for your country......I don't really know what to do next.....this is all i know about the bank transfers.,.....hope you get your money soon.........

Are you trying to withdraw money from your paypal balance to transfer it to your bank account? If so, then can you provide additional information? They didn't give you any reason as to why it was denied? Check your transaction history and look if you can find additional information there.
