|  Anyone ever tried using these?
I just bought a subliminal MP3 yesterday and used it twice.
So far no difference.
They say it could take up to two weeks to notice a difference.

I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and so I bought the MP3 hoping it will help.
I have tried counseling and exercise and herbal remedies but my anxiety is still as strong as ever.
I don't want to take meds if I can help it.

| |  Seriousy... you're the person I was looking for. I've got anxiety and panic attacks as well and I also listen to subliminal tracks once in a while. It's not likely it's going to help for your anxiety and panic attacks though.
Is it okay for you if we keep contact via msn?

I tried everything under the sun to help myself with my anxiety.
To no avail.
In the end, I had to go on the medicines, and I can honestly say that not only was I skeptical, but afraid to death of them.
My experience with doctor prescribed meds has been very helpful.
At first it is a bit of a juggling act, as sometimes it takes a while to find the right one for you.
I am now on something that is good for me.
The wait was worth it, and on top of all this, I do not and have not sufferred any side effects whatsoever..I am lucky.
Beleive me, I was an avid herbalist and natural medicine or any kind of therapy for instance as you are speaking of, and nothing worked for me.
My anxiety was severe enough to be immmune to all that.
That may not be the case for you, and I sincerely hope that maybe the subliminal or hypnotherapy works for you.
I just wanted to verify my experience of taking medicines, so you could possibly draw some good conclusions for your own anxiety.

| |  Well I think that may or may not work for you. it will depend on how you believe in it. I think if you are still in doubt then the effectiveness of that kind of subliminal won't work because it is your mind that is resisting that you be cured.
