should i take sleeping pills? email this discussion to a friend?

it is 4 am already,but the problem is;i was still awake,which even mede me feel desperate toward sleep,and i even had the thought of taking sleeepinng pills which i know will do harm to my body,sleeping tends to be something enjoyable,but everytime i get to sleep,it generally takes me at least 3 hour to fall asleep totally,and very natually,i would doze off during the class,so,how do you think about this?should i really take sleeping pills to force myself to fall asleep?

Hi friend,
I know its really frustrating when you don't get sleep. My advice would be to visit the doctor. He is the best one who can help you. Please don't ever take sleeping pills because if you once get addicted to it then it will harm you more than help.

So visit your doctor as soon as possible. In the meanwhile try hearing some soft music maybe that could help you.

You can try to go to reflex therapist .
Once you will be massage and reflex those points
for insomia I'm sure you can have a very good sleep.
Or else visit your family doctor if you have calims
about it. Drink vitamins so that you can sleep well too.
Just try all these and hope you have a nice sleep soon.

Hi justiceliu, don't start with sleeping pills, they are ok at first but as your body gets used to them they become quickly ineffective and then you probably start taking more. The tips I have followed to sort out my insomnia is if you can't sleep just leave it for one night and don't let yourself sleep at all the next day. Get up early and then try to sleep the next night but early. Try and wake at the same time every day and sleep at the same time every day, the more you allow yourself to doze off in the day the harder it will be sleep at night, try to let it happen naturally and don't obsess about not being able to sleep.
