Sometimes too much make up can damage your face, anyway for me eating right food can help you to get glowing skin. You should eat enough vegetables and fruits this two are really good souce of vitamins that good to our health, ofcourse we all know that. Drinking enough water also added glow to your skin, enough water for your body keeps your skin alive and not dry. Have enough sleep this will also added for glowing skin although i cant do this lately. Well i already gave the things i know can help to achieve glowing skin, if your not satisfied or dont believe me i am welcome to any opinion from you. 1.Drink at least 7-8 glasses of water a day to flush out any toxins in the body and hydrate the skin. Once in a while indulge in a nice relaxing aroma massage or facial. Cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin twice a day and avoid using soaps, which are too harsh for the skin and can be very drying. Apply facemask once a week depending on your skin type. You should also exfoliate once- twice a week to remove dead skin cells.
2. Increase intake of oily fish, nuts & seeds,which are rich sources of Omega fatty acids, to provide you with a glowing skin.
3.These following herbs are known for purifying the blood. Blood purification plays an important role in maintaining a healthy and glowing skin: Leaves of Neem and Holy Basil, Dandelion and Burdock root, Goldenseal, etc. Daily consumption of these herbs in form of readily available supplements can really go a long way in maintaining a healthy skin.
4.Try these easy to make face masks at home: Make a paste of 6 neem leaves,6 basil leaves,6 mint leaves,1 camphor piece with 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.Add to this paste,half teaspoon of turmeric powder and half teaspoon of aloe vera gel.Mix to make a uniform paste and add one teapoon of fullers earth.After mixing all this together,apply the face pack on your face,wait for fifteen minutes till the paste dries out. Mix 1 teaspoon of cucumber juice,1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of fresh yoghurt to 2 teaspoon of fullers earth and apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15 minutes before washing off.Make a paste of orange peel and add 1 teaspoon of the paste and 1 teaspoon of honey to 2 teaspoon of fullers earth,apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15 minutes before washing off.Wash your face thoroughly.
5.You can also try these simple home remedies for a glowing and radiant skin: Mash a banana with milk and leave it on your face for twenty minutes and then wash off with cold water. Mix egg white with honey and apply it on your face and leave it for twenty minutes.Wash off with cold water. Rub a piece of chilled Papaya over your face and wash off after five minutes. Make a paste by mixing a teaspoon of turmeric powder in an orange juice.Apply this paste on your face and leave it for fifteen minutes before washing it out. | | 5. kryzell (559) | 7 months ago | The above mentioned tips are all helpful. But I'd love to add some more tips. I understand, you want to do away with too much products. However, i'd like to advise you to always keep a sunscreen. This will help protect your skin. Check out the moisturizer or lotion you are using if it is SPF fortified... so you can skip buying an extra product to apply. Some makeup also has SPF protection.
Another thing is, have a healthy lifestyle. Smoking and drinking alcohol will damage your skin in a way. Also, increase your intake of vegetables and fruits. And of course, let's not forget about the cells comprising your skin... they need vitamins too. I've heard that Vitamins A,C, and E are all very important to the skin. Make sure to exercise too, so that you keep your cells circulated.
Lastly, although there's a list of home remedy above already... I'd love to add some stuff too.
One home remedy that I love using is coffee scrub. It's readily available in the kitchen. Just add a few drops of olive oil to your coffee, and voila!!! you're very own home made scrub. Since I am a coffee lover... I find the smell of this as very heavenly. Also, coffee is an antitoxic product... i am not sure of the right term to describe an anti toxic...hahaha!!! And more importantly... this scrub helps decrease cellulite due to the coffee.
Another favorite home remedy of mine, is gently scrubbing lemon slices on my skin to lighten my blemishes. I've been doing this for months now... and am loving the results.
Also, another favorite... is honey. I have used this as a mask after thoroughly cleansing my face. It tones my skin, and kept it supple.
There are a lot more home remedies you can read over the net. I am only sharing the ones I have tried, and can assure you that are effective to me. Although you also need to consider that we have different skin types... I still believe they're worth trying.

don;t use heavy makeups daily and better to stay out of any makeup.
put fruit pulp on u;r face and wash after 15 minutes. it will give u glow within days.
sleep enough hours and do simple exercises daily.
take juice of half an orange or tomato, and add two spoons of curd to it. Lightly massage on to ur face in an upward direction.Let it dry. Then,wash your face with cold water and wipe dry. This will give your skin a nice glow.
apply cabage juice to our face and leave till it dries.then wash with cold water.
u can use apple skin as u;r cleanser.
u take an ice cube and rub on ur face. Then, pat dry. This helps to improve blood circulation and keeps your skin healthy.

After reading a lot on home remedy and beauty tips, i've come to a conclusion that you skin needs food too, so whatever you are eating.. apply a little on your face. (or wherever you want). OF course by that i mean, fruits, yogurts, milk, vegetables. Not meat, and burgers. lol.
Now that you know this, try eating more fruits, so that you can apply a thin layer on your skin too. get a cucumber, eat it, leave a quarter or so, and rub it on your skin, or take a nap with cucumber slices on your face. Also water... i know you've heard this a lot, but water is more important than you think. Try drinking the double amout of water you usually drink, you'll see your skin in a better shape in a week. <<< i hope. lol. good luck!
