Girl gets suspended for proving her classroom was out of control!!

That is just so wrong and un called for. Nobody wanted to do anything so she was standing up for what she knew was wrong.

Some one had to prove to them that it was going on for there own eyes.

If I was her parent I take it to the school board and fight it like H*LL.

She should not have to have a school record of a suspension for speaking up and safety of her self. Especially when it has already been reported to the school and nothing has been done.

Nor dose it seem any action will be taken upon this as of getting security into that room hiring a teacher aid. or a new teacher cause obviously that teacher could not handle them..

well i think her suspension was overturned but your right it's madness. I don't know how it got THAT bad to be THAT out of control. I mean it looked worse then anything i'd seen.

I think the teacher should have been sacked and never allowed to teach again. I think the kids chucking urine should be expelled and everyone involved suspdended

I also think they should hire someone capable of doing the job and let the one who recorded it and maybe the few other good kids a chance to get educated in peace without morons like that

Seems like they(the teacher/principal) are only there for the money and care not really about the safety,health and learning of the students and other faculty. And for the kid peeing in a bottle could very well mean he exposed himself to others while doing it. And the second hand smoke others might not want to deal with..is another health issue..surprised they didn't sneak beer or other alcohol into the classroom..I am glad they cleared her of that suspension though..

Sounds like Iraq to me. We went in to try and help them and they hate us for it. I think I would just take the girl out and send her elsewhere. I know of quite a few parents who have moved so their children can go to a decent school or in the case of my wife. Her parents moved so their nine children could go to college.

Hey jerz! I think that it wouldn't happen in NY or NJ! There
is no way in hell that that kind of behavior would be tolerated
here! That is just plain ridiculous! And there is actually a
teacher in the room? The only time there ever was a "free for
all" when we were in school was when there wasn't a teacher
in the room and it was for a minute! And it sure wasn't
anything like that! We were scared way back then! There are
cops in the schools here and metal detectors! Maybe that's
what's missing in those schools! They sure need to do something
drastic soon!

First of all I would like to appreciate the action taken by the girl.What she did is highly commendable.She was caring for her school and what she gets in reward is suspension.The hell with these people.The school owner,the teachers,the guards are all hypocrites.Schools today are only great in terms of the over the board fee they charge.There is little quality anywhere and this is one of those examples to suggest it.All the responsibility now falls on the child to take care because parents have no tome for it.

I think it is completely acceptable for it to be pointed out to administrators that some school class rooms are out of control. A lot of teachers also contribute to this problem by talking with students about things going on in their personal life that children should not be witness to. I think it's about time that some people wake up and pay a lot more attention to what is going on in our schools.

I don't see how they can make a charge of video taping without permission stick. With so many digital cameras out there; and almost every cell phone coming with a camera; it's just logical that everyone is going to be caught on tape at some point. The best idea is just to live your life all the time in a way that won't catch up with you the day a video is taken.

And phooey on the school and it's board. They are just upset because it took a young girl to shove in their face a problem that they aren't wanting to deal with. Now they have no choice and hopeful it sends a notice out to all the parents and they keep the lines of communications open with their kids to keep it from getting to that point again.

That is crazy. I can't believe the teacher is just sitting in the back doing nothing. Suspending the girl for taping it is wrong too. I think they just got mad cause they didn't want to admit they weren't doing there job and didn't want other people knowing about it. I think a few heads should be rolling over this.
