Nobody knows the age of Earth exactly.

Seriously I have no clue....but I do know that my nephew is on a team doing research studing different forms of life and how they came into existance....but as far as your question is concerned.....I don't have a clue.

But the exact age??? Like you said, nobody knows.

I do not know if scientist were able to determine the actual age of earth. I think they are just making an approximation of the date. But perhaps later on they will be able to determine the actual age to continues study.

I dont believe that we will ever know the real age of the earth. We can take guesses. But to really know will be hard. We can look at rocks and stuff but even then there are just some things that we were not suppose to know. Of course some stupid scientist will swear he knows in a few years you wait and see.

In a way that is kind of funny because we were talking about scintists and about how smart they think they are. Yet some times the normal every day person is smarter then the actual scientists.

For instance. They have been studying exploding stars and have found out that one that has been around since 280 AD is around 30 million degrees celsious, of course they believed it should have been hotter then that at about half a billion degress. The remnanats are still about 8200 light years away from us. They also found this to be moving between 10 and 30 million killometers per hour. between 1 and 3 percent of light speed. So therfore its slow.

But now we have to wonder how in the heck did they figure that temperature? We know we cant go there to figure it out. So my friend OB sat there and said it had to do with colors. So I looked at him as serious as could be and said wait? You mean to tell me, that its hotter then our own sun? after almost 2000 years of blowing up and just being blown away.into space, which is cold?

But I do have to say that these science folks are really full of something. and I dont think its all brains.

I remember it from a book in my junior school days. The age of Earth as well as the entire solar system's formation is believed to be some 4.5 billion years ago. I read about it in the big bang theory in all that.
I hope its true. It's amazing how much science has progressed. They use radio carbon dating methods to find out these facts.

No one exactly knowing about age of earth even scientist or expert people. We live in others place before world created by many years ago. If we go to ask anyone here, I am sure it can be wrong answer. Because the world has been re-create for some reason why and when. From prehistoric and historic age, we don't exactly know the true history because we don't look at that age. I guess it can be over billions of years ago.
