Does it count if you select your best response?

I have had several discussions started but have not selected any best response ever since. My question is, do we really need to select or mark a best response in every discussion that we start? Does it add up to our earnings? I hope that expert myLotters can help us with this. Please enlighten us.

Hi, It is always good thing to mark best response to your discussion when you feel that you have got sufficient information for what you are looking for. This will also resolve your discussion and it is also one way to appriciate the member who has given his/her time for sharing the view. It depends on you how much time you want that discussion to be open and if you are still waiting for something which has not been in the responses you can wait. There is not hard and fast rule to mark best response. You can say that it is a good practice to mark.

I personally haven't heard anything on whether or not we get more money for selecting a best response. If we need and mylot made it known it might help people actually select a best response more likely. For me I've done it with a few of my discussions but only when I feel like I've gotten a great response. Sometimes you only get a few replies and none of them are worth while but when I have selected best responses I haven't noticed any huge increase in my earnings. I don't post a ton of responses though so it might be best to ask someone who on a daily basis posts quite a few.

i think that give or not give a best eponse is not so different as regrds earnings!!so if you give a best esponse have a positive involvemen for your earnings?this not true!!when you gain a best response is just to improve your rating and so give a best reponse just to get involved about other responsees too in your discussion as well!!So if you don't find for you a best reponse in a discussion you can't choose one thisis not necessary ...
